8. Charges and rate

11. Use of Exchange

By using the Kitefinancial exchange for cryptocurrency trade, you agree to the following terms of service:
1. The Definition of a "Trade" in Kitefinancial is a completed exchange between a buyer (who purchases the token) and seller (who sells the token).
2. The Seller is charged 1% exchange fee of the amount sold, and is inclusive to the amount to sell. You can only place a Sell order when you have the total of amount to sell and the 1% fee included.
3. The price for a token is fully determined by the Seller without any influence from Kitefinancial. As such Kitefinancial will not cancel any trade due to mistaken price.
4. When a Seller places a token on sell, the seller invairiably losses full control of that token which is now held in escrow by Kitefinancial until successful completion of trade whence it is handed over to the worthy party. A 'worthy' party is a buyer who has paid to the seller in full the amount placed on the token buy the Seller, or a Seller whose placed token was not met by any Buyer thus custody over their token is handed back to them.
5. A buyer has a payment window of 10mins and can only mark a trade has paid by uploading the valid proof of payment.
6. A buyer may not pay a Seller half payments here referred to as dirty payments. A buyer is expected to may a onetime full payment to Seller using the indicated payment method.
7. A Seller has 30mins window to confirm payment of buyer, after receiving money in his/her bank account.
8. A Seller who refuses to confirm a payment after this window causes the trade to enter dispute where it will be resolved by a Kitefinancial representative.
9. When a trade on dispute is resolved Kitefinancial may either cancel the trade or complete it which releases the token to the buyer after complete verification of payment, the Seller in this case is considered the guilty party.
10. There is no communication and can be none between the buyer and seller in context of chats or discussions. The trade is fully anonymous and the only communication channels are: 1. Buyer uploads proof of payment and Seller is notified. 2 Buyer clicks on dispute button to notify Seller of exceeding confirmation time and inviting a Kitefinancial representative to the scene, 3. The Seller sends a query to the Buyer either to notify them of a wrong proof of payment which can occur by error on the buyer's end.

12. Accuracy of materials
